WHAT IS IT?

The bar coaching at The Joseph Boroski Bar & Hospitality School Bangkok is all about people. Management, after all, is handling people. This course focuses on how to better serve your guests by ensuring that the entire team is running as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Knowing what your staff should know and what is required of them to perform their jobs better will increase confidence and ability to manage.

WHO IS IT FOR?

This is a course specifically tailored to current managers and aspiring managers and assistant managers of F&B operations and hospitality venues. Restaurant and venue managers, bar managers, assistant managers and supervisors, team leaders, head servers and head bartenders call all benefit from attending this class.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?

Participants can expect to learn to better understand what to expect from their staff and subordinates, how to best simplify operations for a smoothly running business with exceptional guest service, and what to do to improve staff performance and job interest. This course is designed to result in noticeable top-down improvements to any hospitality business.


HOW LONG IS IT?

WHAT ABOUT JOINING JUST FOR FUN?

Individuals that have no professional affiliation to management or leadership but are interested in developing the skills needed to lead others are welcomed to join. If you would like to participate in something not quite as detailed, please check out our individual workshops.

IS THIS A GOVERNMENT ACCREDITED COURSE?

Each student that successfully completes this course—and for each time—will be given a specific skill level and a corresponding notice of completion. This is in no way meant to be or represent a degree, authentic certification, or diploma. The Joseph Boroski Bar & Hospitality School Bangkok is currently going through the proper channels in order to attain government accreditation as a training facility.
